Out of curiosity...

I downloaded "Cop Hater" from 1958 (without inquiring too closely as to its provenance) as a favor to someone, but it looks like the studio that put it out is defunct, so I thought I'd ask the experts here. Is it possible it's PD and I could upload it safely?
